Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on Your End:

Cancellations made 45+ days prior to departure will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to departure will receive a refund of payment minus 15 percent of total trip cost.

Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 10 days prior to departure will receive no refund, but 50 percent of the payment may be credited toward a future trip or rental within 1 year.

Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to departure or no show will receive no refund and no credit.

Trips are sold as a package, and credits are not given for services not used.

Cancellations on Our End:

In the event that a day trip needs to be cancelled due to high winds, waves, or storms producing thunder and/or lightning, guests will have the ability to reschedule, obtain a credit towards a future trip of the same value, or receive a full refund. A guide or reservationist must cancel the trip for guests to be eligible for these options.

Undersubscription:

Insufficient registration on a particular trip or expeditions may require that we cancel or reschedule your itinerary. If you prefer, we will refund the deposit and payments you have made to us without any service or cancellation charge. In no event shall our liability exceed the obligation to refund the amount you paid to us.

Alternate Routes and Itineraries:

Routes and itineraries may be altered in response to environmental conditions or group abilities for overnight trips.
